Reprogram Your Mind with Mindfulness

Do you ever find yourself repeating the same mistakes over and over?

Is there that one lesson you just can’t seem to ace? Or does it feel more like a spiraling down dive bomb type of perpetual disaster? We have all been there, it’s one of the many joys of being human.

But, there is hope!

You can choose an entirely different outcome by shifting your trajectory by 10 degrees. If you do not like the way things are going, go a different way. By making a new decision you can jump timelines to a completely different and better reality.

Raise the standards you have of yourself and others. Stop giving people your power. Surround yourself with a support system that inspires and sees the value in you.

Here comes the even harder part – understanding your true self-worth. It’s like the magick key that unlocks happiness, abundance & fulfillment. By prioritizing your emotional wellbeing, you can open doors you never knew existed.

But how?

It’s as simple as changing the way you think.

Your belief systems construct the way you see the world and ultimately what you experience. Deciding to not entertain belief systems that you inherited as a child is a good place to start. Really think about what resonates with you in your heart. Your own self-limiting belief systems are the very thing holding you back. Anything that pops into your head that drags you down – cancel clear it.

It’s time to reprogram your mind.

If you have a thought that is negative and unconstructive, think “cancel clear,” 3 times over and move on. Only let things that are in your greatest and highest good get through. Consciously choose to change the subject otherwise. Do this enough times you will gain control over your mind. This shift will transform you from a reactionary state of thinking to one of manifestation. Pay attention to the way your heart feels when making every decision. Be mindful of the present and the infinite opportunities that it holds.

Make sure you are living the life you want to live.

Visualize the feeling of what it is that you want. Really focus in your heart center and do your best to get there. It may take some practice, but if you can feel that love and success before it comes with gratitude – you are guaranteed to get there faster. Clear quartz will amplify the visualization meditation if used. Energy attracts that of the same, and you have to match the resonance of what you desire. Change your emotions to change your life.

Learn from the pain but do not let it overstay. Refuse to embrace suffering or guilt. Decide to be a survivor and no longer a victim. Tell fear to fuck off by taking action. Choose to break through all those roadblocks you put into place a long time ago.

Forgive, release and move on.

No longer be weighed down. Feel lighter.
